A team between teachers is also a must. It is the perorogative of the principal to form teams and allow the teams to function independently to achieve the objectives of the team.Colloboration between team teachers is pre condition for the success of the teams. The principal of the school must believe in unite and win rather than divide and rule.The cohesive forces between the team members must be promoted and exploited to the maximum level so that the school will be benefited.
